How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing. Every order is roasted fresh to ensure the highest quality of flavor. There's no drop-shipping here. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
What about shipping?
We ship Hangar 22 Coffee across North America and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. Generally, you can expect about a 10 day shipping time frame. Keep in mind holiday season may affect these times. A tracking number will be included to ensure proper delivery of your order. If you require a faster delivery, please reach out to us for more accommodation here.
What's your return policy?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds/exchanges on coffee and gift cards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Can you pre-grind coffee for my order?
We recommend whole bean coffees because it helps maintain freshness, and we believe great coffees are at their best when brewed within 30 minutes of grinding. However, we will grind your coffee should you choose by letting us know which brewing you are using when you add a bag to your cart.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We offer wholesale pricing subscriptions for clubs/FBOs/restaurants/etc. If you are interested in becoming a wholesale partner, please reach out to thomas@hangar22coffee.com
How do you give back to the aviation community?
We are proud to continuously find new and innovative ways to give back to the aviation community with the growth of Hangar 22 Coffee. One of the ways we did this in 2024 was by donating $50,000 worth of coffee to all EAA Volunteers year-round and are doing so again in 2025.
